It seems that in April 2009, while Frankii Cruz was dating and living with Celmira Gutierrez, Frankii Cruz established contact with ex-fiance, Tiffany Jobbagy. Frankii Cruz begged for another chance at a relationship with Tiffany Jobbagy, and even suggested to her that he continue to live in Menifee (with Celmira Gutierrez) while he took the time to date Tiffany Jobbagy. In response to Frankii Cruz's email, Tiffany Jobbagy wrote on April 30, 2009:

"So just because I cannot see myself having kids or a life with this "guy" doesn't mean much. To be honest that doesn't happen that often. Many times a relationship over time progresses and then one can see their life with that person. Yes for me you were different. I knew right away that I wanted to be with you and wanted a life with you. However we cannot change the past, just learn from it. Ive learned. And I've learned what I can no longer settle with. I know what my weakness is and what I can and cannot deal with. What I do and what I don't want. I know I don't want to be unhappy and I cannot allow myself to have this "thing" with you.

"So yes...he is interested in me and what I do and how I am. However I don't know why I am just not "feeling" anything. So you may ask why I waste my time? I don't know, para pasar el tiempo? Yo no se. I enjoy his company but it's more companionship then anything. I cannot have a friendship with you because I'll always want more. It's too hard. On the same day Frankii Cruz replied: "I really don't know what else to say. I'm trying to fight for your love once again. but I dont know how to do it without .... i dont even know what im trying to say anymore.You dont need him for companionship. I am here for that. your gonna allow another man to replace me just "to pass the time" when we can use that tme to fix everything. I am wanting and willing to do anything and everything that it takes to make this work. you can be assured that I wont ask or need another chance if this one is granted.

While Frankii Cruz was attempting to re-enter into a relationship with Tiffany Jobbagy while still dating and living with Celmira Gutierrez, neither relationship worked out, and by May20, 2009 Frankii Cruz (who would be turning thirty years old in June 2009) entered into a new relationship with nineteen year old Noemi Figueroa.

By early January 2009 Frankii Cruz was already established in a relationship with Celmira Gutierrez, although it seemed that Frankii Cruz still continued to hang out with Leticia Martinez and also corresponded with ex-fiance Tiffany Jobbagy.

Celmira Gutierrez was a Lingerie Party and Sex Toy Party consultant for TickleYourFancyParties.net as well as a former aspiring actress. Celmira Gutierrez has also earned income by being a surrogate mother and through her attempted business Root of Radiance, which is a colon irrigation service. Celmira Gutierrez has three children with two different men, Javier Silva who she was married to and then divorced, and the second man Anthony Rodriguez, who Celmira Gutierrez filed a domestic violence charge against.

By January 22, 2009, Celmira Gutierrez was thrilled that Frankii Cruz was in her life and told him, "Hey babe, just want to let you know that I appreciate everything you have done to me, I mean for me. Mmmmm, shshshsh, don't tell on me k. I know your loving it too!" A few days later, regarding Frankii Cruz's request for the photos he had taken with Celmira Gutierrez, Celmira Gutierrez asked Frankii Cruz, "Do you want the naked ones I took of you as well.. LoL! Sexy booty!"

On January 26, 2009 Frankii Cruz told Celmira Gutierrez, "Hey honey, I thought I would stop by today and remind you that you are an amazing woman, you really are. You are strong, beautiful, giving, stuborn, beautiful, and did I say amazing already? well in short, no pun intended, I'd say you are PERFECT! I LOVE YOU! My life is over a million trillion quadrupple times better just because you are in it. I am grateful, thankful, and blessed by your love, MUAH! Te quiero mi amor."

By February 2, 2009 Frankii Cruz had gone with Celmira Gutierrez to Menifee, CA to meet her family and Frankii Cruz and Celmira Gutierrez seemed to be very much in love. But on February 10, 2009 Celmira Gutierrez was upset with Frankii Cruz because, "he is still sprung on his exes and shady tortas."

An incident occurred on February 10, 2009 which Frankii Cruz summed up as, "long story short, a chick i'm seeing out here slapped me outside of a bar i work at tonight and as a reaction i pushed her and she flew to the ground."

Regardless of the incident, Frankii Cruz and Celmira Gutierrez spent Valentine's Day 2009 together, and on February 17, 2009 Frankii Cruz was again professing his love for Celmira Gutierrez.

By March 1, 2009 Frankii Cruz and Celmira Gutierrez moved together to Menifee, CA to be closer to Celmira's family and sister, Monique Rivas. Frankii Cruz began working for Black Towing in Murietta, CA and Frankii Cruz and Celmira Gutierrez continued to date and attend parties together. Celmira Gutierrez attended a birthday party for Frankii Cruz' mentor, Ned, on or around March 30, 2009 but by mid-May 2009 Celmira Gutierrez decided to separate from Frankii Cruz.

It seems that in April 2009, while Frankii Cruz was dating and living with Celmira Gutierrez, Frankii Cruz established contact with ex-fiance, Tiffany Jobbagy. Frankii Cruz begged for another chance at a relationship with Tiffany Jobbagy, and even suggested to her that he continue to live in Menifee (with Celmira Gutierrez) while he took the time to date Tiffany Jobbagy.

19 year old Monique Rivas from Menifee is related to Celmira Gutierrez. It was suggested that Frankii Cruz dated Monique Rivas while he was dating and living with Celmira Gutierrez. Monique Rivas graduated from Mount Miguel High School in Menifee, CA and currently attends Mt. San Jacinto College in Menifee. Monique Rivas celebrated her 19th birthday on March 30, 2009. Monique Rivas is currently registered as an egg donor with the company Surrogate Alternatives, Inc which is the same company her sister, Celmira Gutierrez registered with to become a surrogate mother.

Monique Rivas stated that this photo she took of herself was taken when she was a minor and that her parents took her to the police station and filed charges on her behalf since she is a minor. Both statements are false: she was not a minor when she took the photograph of herself and she was not a minor when she claimed that her parents took her to the police station. Monique Rivas claimed that this website was under investigation by the police which is probably what Frankii Cruz told her. There is nothing illegal published on this website and this website strives to keep away from libel and slander.

Monique Rivas claimed that JCS was being traced by the police as being responsible for this website, which is probably what Frankii Cruz also told her. JCS is Frankii Cruz's second ex-wife. JCS attempted to file two restraining orders against Frankii Cruz for publishing sex solicitation on her behalf on the internet which compromised her safety. The restraining orders were denied because Frankii Cruz had then-fiance Tiffany Jobbagy lie on the witness stand in his defense. Eight months after Tiffany Jobbagy defended Frankii Cruz in court she, herself, filed for and was granted a five year restraining order against Frankii Cruz.

Dear Monique Rivas,

Be cautious in your accusations since your claim that you were a minor in the photograph posted above runs the risk of having yourself jailed. You are the original creator and publisher of your photograph and would be faced with charges of photographing illegal content (of yourself as a minor) and then publishing it on the internet. Recently a fourteen-year-old girl was arrested for taking nude photos of herself and then publishing the photos on Myspace. Again, be cautious in your accusations.

2008 DEC: Tiffany Jobbagy Domestic Violence

It is unclear whether or not Tiffany Jobbagy was dating Frankii Cruz during this time but by December 26, 2008, which was two months after she was granted a restraining order against Frankii Cruz for five years, an incident occurred where Tiffany Jobbagy left Frankii Cruz a message which temporarily ended their remaining relationship.

2008 NOV: Trina Restraining Order

By November 25, 2008 Frankii Cruz had been served a temporary restraining order to keep away from his son Domanic Cruz (with very strict visitation orders), and from Trina Garcia, who is the mother of Domanic Cruz, and also to keep away from Trina Garcia's boyfriend, Eric Carvalho. On December 15, 2008 Trina Garcia was granted a one year restraining order for herself, Domanic Cruz, and Eric Carvalho. Trina Garcia was also granted SOLE CUSTODY of her son with Frankii Cruz, Domanic Jadon Cruz.

To ease his crushed heart from the heartbreak of Rachel Aripa ending her long distance, online, relationship with him, Frankii Cruz turned to Leticia Martinez (pictured left) for companionship. Frankii Cruz and Leticia Martinez seem to be long time acquaintances, having known each other as far back as June 2008.

On November 8, 2008, Leticia Martinez stated that Frankii Cruz, "Is a good man. He just has bad habits." And on November 8, 2008, the very same day Rachel Aripa ended her relationship with Frankii Cruz, Leticia Martinez consoled Frankii Cruz by saying, "Don't trip chocolate chip. Women are like the bus, there will be another one in 15 minutes. Plus, she doesn't realize what she's missing out on. I would do practically anything to have a man like you!"

On November 16, 2008 Frankii Cruz claimed, once again, that he had, "Shed his old way's... it's time to be a real man."

2008 OCT: Rachel Aripa (GF)

By October 8, 2008, which is only twelve days after Tiffany Jobbagy filed a domestic violence restraining order against Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz was already established in an online, long distance relationship with Rachel Aripa of Rochester, New York who he met when both were deployed to Cuba in 2005.

On October 15, 2008 Tiffany Jobbagy was granted a restraining order for five years against Frankii Cruz.

On October 22, 2008, Rachel Aripa posted the photo below of herself with the caption, "Trying to be sexy for my man!" Frankii Cruz replied, "And your man is loving it! Thank you babe, mmmwah!" By October 25, 2008 Frankii Cruz was telling people that he was engaged to Rachel Aripa, which caught her off gaurd because she asked him, "Engaged?!?! I have yet to see a rock sweetie?!?! Umm...is there something you want to tell me?"

Rachel Aripa submitted this statement on November 2, 2008, "I know that bitch couldn't keep her man... he's mine now so get the fuck over it." On November 7, 2008 Frankii Cruz claimed that he was going in to court on December 3, 2008 to fight for custody of his son, Domanic Cruz, and by the next day Rachel Aripa's relationship with Frankii Cruz was over. On November 8, 2008 Rachel Aripa stated, "I would have given the world, if only on a slower pace." Frankii Cruz expressed that his heart was "crushed."

Folks, please be very, very cautious when taking nude, or slightly nude, photos of yourself with and/or for Frankii Cruz. Frankii Cruz holds no regard for the privacy, or respect, of the women he dates and will publish on the Internet the photos you give him and/or take with him. Frankii Cruz will likely convince you that he loves you and that he would never make your private photos public.

It seems that, based on Frankii Cruz's time line of his relationships, that Frankii Cruz has women ready for him to pursue in the event that his latest relationship fails. Frankii Cruz bragged on August 10, 2009, "I don't need to urge any woman to do anything on video or to take any pictures nude. Do you know how many pictures I get from different women on a weekly basis?" In Frankii Cruz's effort to prove himself, Frankii Cruz actually offered photos of his exes, Rachel Aripa, in her underwear, and actual nude photographs of Tiffany Jobbagy (posted on the link list titled 2007 JUL: Tiffany Jobbagy (Fiance).

As is typical of the narcissist/sociopath, Frankii Cruz seems to feel that his needs take priority over the needs of others and Frankii Cruz has already exhibited behavior which exploits the private photos of women he has dated. It seems that Frankii Cruz has shown off his former conquests' photos in an effort to brag about how desired he is and also in an effort to make others feel envious of him.

Rachel Lorraine Aripa was previously married to Shane Keyes but they divorced in 2007. Rachel Lorraine Aripa has a son named Aiden. Rachel Lorraine Aripa is employed as a Deputy Sheriff and works as a Jailor in Monroe County, New York.

Three days after Tiffany Jobbagy had ended her engage- ment to Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz began a relationship with Adrienne. Adrienne and Frankii Cruz met in July 0f 2008, spent a few weeks partying, drinking, and hanging out, and then their relationship ended in September 2008.

Shortly after Frankii Cruz and Adrienne met, they spent a weekend together at a Beer Tasting at Fred's Mexican Cafe in Old Town San Diego on August 1, 2008 (pictured above). To Adrienne's right is her brother, Art, and on Art's right is his baby's mama, Jessica.

Four days later, on August 5, 2008, Frankii Cruz claimed that he and Adrienne spent time together in Tijuana, Mexico.

Three days later Frankii Cruz and Adrienne attended the Cabo Wabo Tequila tasting festival in downtown San Diego on August 8, 2008.

And then the following weekend, August 16, 2008, Frankii Cruz attended a family backyard party, where Frankii Cruz brought his son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, to take part in the festivities.

Adrienne spent her last weekend with Frankii Cruz on August 31, 2008 when they attended a going away party for a friend.

By September 5, 2008 Adrienne ended her relationship with Frankii Cruz and they both resumed their status as "single." Frankii Cruz then spent the rest of September in what he called a "worthless slump."

After the end of his relationship to Adrienne, Frankii Cruz claimed (again) that he was, "putting his priorities first." Frankii Cruz then began wearing religious jewelry.

2007 SEP: Becoming a Deputy Sheriff

"Congratulate me because it is true! believe it or not it is, I made sheriff! I met or surpassed all the requirements required to qulify. I passed tests, physical, psych, and oral interviews all with high scores, all but one, yes one. I was offered a position in the Academy but...yes there was a but, I first have to remove the now infamous tattoo on the back of my neck =0(. All in all it will be done as soon as humanly possible and I will attend the academy and become a sworn Deputy Sheriff, YAY!!!

So there!, take that you Bitches all those of you who always put me down and held me down, trashed talked me and slandered my name and good nature (JCS),(Crystal) to include those of you who told me I would never amount to anything ...ever! Fuck you! who's lauhing now? huh? what? no shit talking now, huh? what's the matter? cat's got your tounge? he he he ha ha...... fuck with me now, I dare you.

I WIN!!!!!!"

On September 5, 2007 Frankii Cruz responded to the skepticism about his having qualified to become a member of the San Diego Police Department by stating:

"The whole sheriff thing, ......ah....I know it may be a surprise that I would be able and eligable to do such a great thing with my life but you know what, it is an oppertunity that I have and I will take. I do not need to post ANY form's, or documentation so that I can say "HA!!!". I am very proud of myself and all the hard work I have put in the military to achieve this goal and be able to put my knowledge and expierience to great use."

Frankii Cruz again responded to even more skepticism about his having qualified to become a member of the San Diego Police Department by elaborating:

"In July 07 I did in fact take and pass the required written test issued at one of San Diego counties community college's. Six weeks later I received by mail the test score along with a letter of congratulation's that served as my invitation to a mandatory orientation. I was invited to the orientation that each candidate has to take in order to continue on with the hiring process. After the orientation I was ordered back to another room in the facility where I was issued and met with my personal back ground investigator. I was finger printed again and interviewed (asked a series of questions) by the investigator's who already had the answer's."

However, Frankii Cruz's claim to having "met or surpassed all the requirements to qualify" is false, as well as his claim that he "was offered a position in the academy." The San Diego Sheriff's department confirmed as much:

"In researching the name you gave; this person is no longer in the process with our department. I also, wanted to let you know that when we are processing someone for employment we will look into any documentation processed for restraining orders or any type of court paperwork with this person's name. If you have any further questions feel free to call or email..."

As of Frankii Cruz's application date, July 2007, Frankii Cruz would have had two domestic violence related restraining orders, one of which was currently active, which would have prohibited him from carrying firearms. There is no possibility that Frankii Cruz could have "met or surpassed all the requirements to qualify," or that he was even "offered a position in the academy." The truth is that Frankii Cruz was disqualified from becoming a San Diego Deputy Sheriff.

2007 JUL: Fiance Tiffany Jobbagy

"I found her!" Frankii Cruz exclaimed of Tiffany Jobbagy. Frankii Cruz proclaimed that, "You know you are in LOVE with someone when you don't want to fall asleep because reality is finally BETTER than your DREAMS." A quote from Dr. Seuss.

Daughter to Silvia and William Jobbagy, and sister to Natasha Valladares (formerly Natasha Jobbagy), Tiffany Jobbagy originally hails from Connecticut and graduated from the University of Connecticut (UCON). Tiffany Jobbagy spent most of 2006 in Connecticut due to a court hearing regarding a vehicle incident with a fellow Navy officer, but shortly after receiving her EMS General Awareness Training certification on October 24, 2006 Tiffany Jobbagy moved to San Diego around Nov/Dec 2006. Tiffany Jobbagy works for the Navy in San Diego as a registered nurse and resided in an apartment not too far from where Frankii Cruz was evicted.

Frankii Cruz entered into a relationship with Tiffany Jobbagy by May 27, 2007 (only nine days after his breakup with Donna) and published these nude photographs shortly thereafter. On June 1, 2007 Frankii Cruz was served an eviction notice from his apartment. Sometime during the month of June 2007 Frankii Cruz began working with Star Towing in San Diego. On July 6, 2007 Frankii Cruz was served a notice to vacate his apartment, which he did on July 31, 2007 and then Frankii Cruz moved in with Tiffany Jobbagy in August 2007.

Note that Tiffany Jobbagy is wearing a crucifix ring on her wedding ring finger. It is not clear whether or not Frankii Cruz proposed within weeks of meeting Tiffany Jobbagy, or whether Tiffany Jobbagy owned the ring prior to establishing a relationship with Frankii Cruz and wore it simply to signify her relationship status. Frankii Cruz claimed that these nude photos of himself and Tiffany Jobbagy were "professional modeling shots," but it is obvious from the reverse script of Frankii Cruz's JESUS tattoo, and the doorway in the photo, that the "professional modeling shots" were taken in front of a mirror.

In November 2007, just six months after Tiffany Jobbagy and Frankii Cruz began dating, Frankii Cruz told his female friend, Vanessa, that he and Tiffany Jobbagy would have children, "when ever she get's pregnant... but really were talking are time."

Tiffany Jobbagy disclosed that Frankii Cruz informed her that he was already divorced when they began dating, so Tiffany Jobbagy was surprised to hear that Frankii Cruz was in fact still NOT divorced. What Frankii Cruz failed to disclose to Tiffany Jobbagy was that he was in fact NOT cooperating with the divorce process his second wife had filed against him in March 2007. Tiffany Jobbagy stated that Frankii Cruz used her vehicle because his "old Buick doesn't work anymore." Tiffany Jobbagy then wallowed, "I don't know how much longer this living situation is gonna last either." Tiffany Jobbagy ended her engagement to Frankii Cruz in May of 2008.

In June 2008 Frankii Cruz took out a loan with Baloba Thrift and Loan for nearly $10,000 to purchase a vehicle.

After failing to make his $311 car loan repayment, Balboa Thrift and Loan repossessed Frankii Cruz's vehicle and sent the account to collections. The balance remains unpaid. During this time Frankii Cruz was asked to disclose his annual salary. Frankii Cruz answered, "Don't worry sweetie, I can afford your ass."

By July 21, 2008 Frankii Cruz and Tiffany Jobbagy were re-established in a relationship and were celebrating her 25th birthday at Disneyland together.

Five days after Tiffany Jobbagy and Frankii Cruz's Disneyland birthday celebration, Tiffany Jobbagy and Frankii Cruz went roller skating together on July 26, 2008 with Frankii Cruz's skating club in Fountain Valley, CA. That same day Tiffany Jobbagy ended her relationship to Frankii Cruz (again).

In November 2008, regardless of the fact that Tiffany Jobbagy had an active restraining order against Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz was ecstatic to reveal that he was, "earning it all back... and that includes her." Frankii Cruz failed to inform Tiffany Jobbagy that he was already in an established relationship with Leticia Martinez for the month of November. On November 25, 2008 Frankii Cruz's baby mama, Trina Garcia, filed a domestic violence report with the San Diego police and Frankii Cruz was served ANOTHER restraining order on December 15, 2008. The restraining order protected Trina Garcia, her son with Frankii Cruz, Domanic Jadon Cruz, and Trina Garcia's boyfriend, Eric Carvalho.

Sometime during this same month (December 2008) Frankii Cruz was no longer employed at Star Towing in San Diego.

On December 26, 2008 an altercation occurred between Tiffany Jobbagy and Frankii Cruz, which can be heard on the audio link below (audio temporarily disabled). As a result, Tiffany Jobbagy ended her relationship with Frankii Cruz (again).

By January 2009 Frankii Cruz was already established in a relationship with Celmira Gutierrez. By March 2009 Frankii Cruz moved in with Celmira Gutierrez at her father's home in Menifee, CA and began working at Black Towing in Murietta, CA. By May 2009 Celmira Gutierrez ended her relationship to Frankii Cruz when she discovered that Frankii Cruz was still in contact with Tiffany Jobbagy, and that Frankii Cruz was begging Tiffany Jobbagy for another chance at a relationship. On April 30, 2009 Tiffany Jobbagy responded to Frankii Cruz' letter by writing:

"So just because I cannot see myself having kids or a life with this "guy" doesn't mean much. To be honest that doesn't happen that often. Many times a relationship over time progresses and then one can see their life with that person. Yes for me you were different. I knew right away that I wanted to be with you and wanted a life with you. However we cannot change the past, just learn from it. Ive learned. And I've learned what I can no longer settle with. I know what my weakness is and what I can and cannot deal with. What I do and what I don't want. I know I don't want to be unhappy and I cannot allow myself to have this "thing" with you.

"So yes...he is interested in me and what I do and how I am. However I don't know why I am just not "feeling" anything. So you may ask why I waste my time? I don't know, para pasar el tiempo? Yo no se. I enjoy his company but it's more companionship then anything. I cannot have a friendship with you because I'll always want more. It's too hard. There is obviously something there neither one of us can deny. I don't believe that no one can give me what I want or what we had. It's just gonna take time, and by no means am I in any rush... I'm not ready to give my heart to someone. I like my alone time, not having to check in with someone, and do as I please. Just because I miss you isn't enough. Time will heal that, and that is why us talking isn't helping.

"I really don't know what else to say. I'm trying to fight for your love once again. but I dont know how to do it without .... i dont even know what im trying to say anymore.You dont need him for companionship. I am here for that. your gonna allow another man to replace me just "to pass the time" when we can use that tme to fix everything. I am wanting and willing to do anything and everything that it takes to make this work. you can be assured that I wont ask or need another chance if this one is granted.

"you wont need to check in with me at all, you are more than wecome to go as you please and do what you want, you are an independent woman. I can repect that. I will still live up here so your personal space will not be inturrupted and I can see you only when you want me to or need me to. like I said before we can take it super slow so you will not feel like sex will be an issuecause it wont. if we get to that point i will cherish it and not take it for granted or expect it. We will go and do things like we use to, no ore just hanging around the house although at times it is nice but i want to experience so much out there with you and you only. this time away from you is killing me and its not fun being in my position.

Frankii Cruz claimed that it is not customary for him, "... to be evicted or renig on any of my past rental agreements, this information IS false."

The history of Frankii Cruz's rental responsibility for the property rented in Chula Vista is as follows:

On September 27, 2006 Frankii Cruz wrote a bad check to secure his apartment and moved in October 11, 2006. The check was returned October 23, 2006 and Frankii Cruz was fined $25 for a return check fee as well as $100 for an NSF fee.
Frankii Cruz paid rent late for the months of November 2006, February 2007, and April 2007 and was charged a $30 late fee each time.

By May 2, 2006 Frankii Cruz moved out of the apartment and the apartment complex (BRE Properties) had the carpets cleaned. It is unclear as to whether Frankii Cruz moved in with Donna but based on Frankii Cruz's statements, it is likely. However, on June 1, 2007 BRE Propteries filed an unlawful detainer with the San Diego Court so it is likely that after Frankii Cruz' relationship with Donna ended he returned to his old apartment.

On July 6, 2007 Frankii Cruz was served a notice to vacate the apartment and court documents state that Frankii Cruz' actual move out date was July 31, 2007. However, Frankii Cruz had begun dating Tiffany Jobbagy shortly after Donna ended her relationship with him and Frankii Cruz moved himself into Tiffany Jobbagy's apartment by August 2007.

2007 MAR: Sex Tape Blackmail

On March 11, 2007 Frankii Cruz wrote to JCS:

Subject: Hi Cunt =0)

"Hi honey, since you had your fun with my page [sub- mitting info to this website?] I think you should know I too am going to have fun on my new MySpace page. I have posted OUR sex tape... remember the one? I filmed it while I was still living in Carlsbad? yeah that one. I dont have to defend myself to anyone on the size of my dick, everyone that I know knows my great size and now they will see it in action, with you whore. so now you too will no know it's like to be publicly humiliated. You have 2 days to close out this page and erase everything or I will keep it running as long as I need to. love you slut. talk to you soon. Muah!"

On March 11, 2007 Frankii Cruz attempted to threaten and blackmail JCS by publicly announcing that he had taken a sex video with JCS and that he was going to publish it. The next day on March 12, 2007 JCS filed for divorce.

During this time Keppler, a friend of Frankii Cruz, informed JCS, "I swear he told me the divorce was either happening or done already. Don't quite remember for sure. I wish you luck, Kep." It was revealed that Frankii Cruz was telling people that he had already filed for divorce and that JCS was avoiding being served the court papers. Both claims were false since Frankii Cruz never filed for divorce against JCS. Frankii Cruz was also engaging in relationships with other women during this time but misleading the other women about being divorced.

On March 20, 2007 Frankii Cruz repeatedly called JCS so she sent Frankii Cruz an email detailing stipulations allowing for telephone correspondence: no name calling, consent to recorded conversation, civil behavior, and an email prior to phone call presenting topics for discussion. Frankii Cruz emailed back, "Eat shit." As a result, JCS did not permit Frankii Cruz to speak to her on the phone.

On March 31, 2007 Frankii Cruz was officially served divorce papers TWICE. The first copy of the divorce JCS had filed against Frankii Cruz was served by the Chula Vista Sheriff at Frankii Cruz' workplace, RoadOne Towing in San Diego. The second copy of the divorce JCS had filed against Frankii Cruz was served by a third party at the Belmont Pier amidst Frankii Cruz' peers of his roller skating club.

By May 22, 2007 Frankii Cruz had not signed the agreement for JCS to divorce him so JCS filed a request with the court to allow the process for a default divorce against Frankii Cruz. JCS had a copy of her request for a default divorce mailed to Frankii Cruz' foster sister, Claudia Alvarez, in National City, CA.

On November 22, 2007, Thanksgiving Day, Frankii Cruz published an impostor MySpace profile for JCS which revealed her home address, home phone number, full name, and social security number. The imposter MySpace profile also offered sex solicitations on JCS' behalf. The imposter MySpace profile was removed within hours of being published. Frankii Cruz published a second impostor profile repeating the previous information so JCS filed for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz on January 8, 2008.

That same day the court granted an immediate divorce for JCS from Frankii Cruz and on January 10, 2008 JCS was legally divorced from Frankii Cruz.

On February 8, 2008 JCS' request for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz was denied. Frankii Cruz felt emboldened and published a Blogger blog which revealed JCS' social security number, home phone number, home address, and full name. JCS filed a second time for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz on March 17, 2008 but at the April 8, 2008 court hearing JCS' request was denied.

2006 AUG: Crystal Restraining Order

During the same month (May 2006) Frankii Cruz's engagement ended to Shawnda Pallares, the still-married (to JCS) Frankii Cruz entered into a relationship with this girl, Crystal. Three months later, on August 16, 2006, Crystal filed for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz, the details of which can be read below.

Crystal stated in her restraining order report that she and Frankii Cruz lived together in her apartment in San Diego. Remember, folks, moving in as soon as possible is the tendency of Frankii Cruz. Crystal relocated to a new residence shortly after filing for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz. The San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. was unable to physically serve Frankii Cruz the notice of the restraining order hearing against him on three different occasions at his place of work, Angelo's Towing in San Diego. Frankii Cruz failed to appear in court and the court granted Crystal a three year restraining order against Frankii Cruz.

Crystal filed this statement with her request for a restraining order against Frankii Cruz:

"I, Crystal, am requesting a restraining order against my significant other, Frankii Cruz. Frankii Cruz and I have been in a relationship for the past three months. On August 12, 2006, I picked up Frankii Cruz at about 8pm to go get sushi for dinner. We are dinner, and then got back in the car to drive back to my house. Frankii Cruz asked me in the car, 'Why don't you go to the gym anymore?' I was upset, and I told Frankii cruz that my ex-boyfriend would have never said that to me. Frankii Cruz said, 'He had you at your best, why do I have you when you look like this?'

I was upset, and when we got home, I asked Frankii Cruz to go in the house so I could have a minute for myself in the car. I got out a few minutes later. Frankii Cruz was in my bedroom. I walked to the closet to change. Frankii Cruz was trying to be sweet by asking me if I was alright. Frankii Cruz followed me into the closet and closed the door behind him. I was scared. I asked him to open the door. I pushed the door open. Frankii Cruz pushed me on the bed in a playful manner. I just wanted him to leave me alone, but Frankii Cruz was trying to make me laugh.

I went to the bathroom and locked the door. I opened the door, and Frankii Cruz and I argued about a message that I found on his phone to another woman. I asked Frankii Cruz to leave, so I started pulling his clothes out of the closet. I nudged Frankii Cruz out of the door. Frankii Cruz became very angry, and I could see a change in his eyes. I was very scared. Frankii Cruz grabbed me by the hair and threw me on the bed. Frankii Cruz covered my mouth so I could not scream. He was on top of me punching me and pulling out my hair. I opened my eyes, and I saw Frankii Cruz was about to hit me again. He stopped, got off of me, and left my house.

My neighbor called the police. I didn't want to file a police report that night because I was worried and embarrassed. I decided to file a report the next day with SDPD after speaking with my friends and family.

PAST ABUSE: Frankii has been physically and verbally abusive with me on a number of occasions. On August 10, 2006 Frankii Cruz punched me in the left arm very hard. I have a very large bruise from that incident on my upper left arm. On two other occasions, Frankii Cruz punched me in the chest leaving very large bruises. Frankii Cruz also has grabbed me on a number of occasions leaving bruises.

I am afraid for my physical and emotional safety. Frankii Cruz's temper is out of control. Please grant this order."

2005 DEC: Fiance Shawnda Pallares

Shawnda Josefina Pallares, who now goes by the name Shawnda Basaca, is from Oak Harbor, Washington, and comes from a military family. Shawnda Pallares and Frankii Cruz met in December 2005, and throughout the entirety of their relationship, Frankii Cruz misled Shawnda Pallares into believing that he really was trying to divorce his second wife but that it was his second wife who was not cooperating with the divorce process.

When it was revealed to Shawnda Pallares that Frankii Cruz was misleading her, Shawnda Pallares chose to believe Frankii Cruz and asked, "Why won't Frankii's second wife just grant Frankii a divorce? Why is she still hanging on? Just move on and be happy and let him move on with me because we're happy."

Based on Shawnda Pallares' question it seems obvious the types of stories Frankii Cruz was telling. Shawnda Pallares was then informed that JCS was in fact determined to move on but Frankii Cruz was refusing to divorce her. Because Frankii Cruz was actively deployed in the military at that time he legally didn't have to respond to any divorce paperwork that was sent to him, which is what he chose to do. Frankii Cruz was determined to remain a married man throughout his engagement to Shawnda Pallares.

It seemed, also, that Frankii Cruz misled Shawnda Pallares into believing that he was able to marry her. Frankii Cruz seems to move so quickly to the "You're the best thing to ever happen to me" line that the young girl becomes blinded to the red flags and is thrilled that somebody wants to marry her, that there hasn't been enough time to pass to realize and experience what Frankii Cruz is really like. Frankii Cruz visited Shawnda Pallares in Oak Harbor, Washington for a week at a time at various points in their relationship but Shawnda Pallares seemed to ignore the practicalities of real life - mainly that in most cases couples want to date first, or live together for a while, too, and things like that before getting engaged.

It was made clear that Shawnda Pallares was literally planning her future life with Frankii Cruz . Shawnda Pallares planned on relocating from Oak Harbor, Washington, where her family, friends, and life were, to Frankii Cruz's world in San Diego, and ALREADY BEING PREGNANT with, her words exactly, "a little one on the way," and living happily ever after with this man who had no intention of getting divorced, and was also, get this... CHEATING ON HER WITH A GIRL IN CUBA named Nicole.

After returning to Cuba from a leave visit with Shawnda Pallares, Frankii Cruz promptly saw Nicole, the girl he was seeing there, the very same girl Frankii Cruz had to borrow money from so he could afford to go visit Shawnda Pallares on leave. Shawnda Pallares and Frankii Cruz's relationship ended near the close of May 2006.

Folks, if you're dating someone who claims that they are actively seeking a divorce, but that their spouse refuses to cooperate - ASK TO SEE THEIR PAPERWORK. Divorces can be gotten by default and without the participation of the other party. If you're dating someone who claims that they are actively seeking a divorce, but that their spouse is dodging being served - ASK TO SEE THEIR PAPERWORK. 2004 DEC: Married JCS

In August 2004 Frankii Cruz had a restraining order against him from Trina Kay Garcia, who is the mother of his son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, for physical violence and verbal threats of physical violence.

[Photo REMOVED] On August 1, 2004 Frankii Cruz met JCS. Frankii Cruz was employed at Jiffy Lube in Carlsbad, CA. Around August 14, 2004 Frankii Cruz was fired from Jiffy Lube for sexual harassment towards a female co-worker. More about Frankii Cruz being fired from Jiffy Lube for sexual harassment can be read about in the link list. Frankii Cruz spent the next four weeks unemployed. On September 14, 2004 Frankii Cruz began working for S & R Towing in Oceanside, CA. By the end of November 2004 Frankii Cruz was no longer employed at S & R Towing as a consequence of speeding and getting into an accident with the company tow truck, which caused damages to the company tow truck.

Frankii Cruz married JCS on December 7, 2004 as a source of income and Frankii Cruz remained unemployed until he was militarily deployed to Cuba in February 2005. In April 2005 JCS informed Frankii Cruz that she would be separating from him. In June 2005 Frankii Cruz returned to Oceanside, CA and became physically violent toward JCS and then removed JCS' belongings from their Oceanside apartment. JCS successfully remained hidden from Frankii Cruz for two years until March 2007.

2004 AUG: Fired for Sexual Harassment

Around August 14, 2004 Frankii Cruz was fired from Jiffy Lube in Carlsbad, CA for sexual harassment. At the time Frankii Cruz claimed his employment was terminated because he retorted at one of his female co-workers, "What, are you trying to grow a dick?"

On September 5, 2007 Frankii Cruz submitted this statement:

1. being fired from jiffy-lube in '04: If you need proof I will more than gladly have my good friend and manager (pancho) at jiffy-lube tell you. Also there was a personality conflict with the manager (pancho) and myself at the time. Pancho is now one of my closest friends and he will tell you all there was nothing involving any sexual harrassment that had anything to do with my termination at jiffy-lube at the time.

Frankii Cruz' statement has been verified as being false. Frankii Cruz is not close friends, or even good friends, with his former Jiffy Lube manager 'pancho'. Frankii Cruz never submitted any proof showing that he was not fired from Jiffy Lube for sexual harassment.

Trina Kay Garcia filed this restraining order against Frankii Cruz and it became effective August 04, 2004.

"Frankii Cruz and I have a minor child in common [Domanic Jadon Cruz]. On July 18, 2004 I went back to the house where Frankii Cruz and I had lived together to pick up my son and some of my belongings which were still at the home. Frankii Cruz did not want me in the house and got mad because I went into the house (he actually opened the door for me when I arrived). He knew when I was coming and why. I reminded Frankii Cruz that my name is still on the lease. I went into the house to get some of the property. Frankii Cruz was holding our son when he attacked me.

First Frankii Cruz grabbed me by my arms and was trying to pull me out of the room. Then, while still holding our son, Frankii Cruz slapped me in the face. He then tried to prevent me from leaving by using his body to block me from walking down the stairs, all this time Frankii Cruz was still holding our son. A friend of mine, Kathy Bloodworth, who was waiting for me in her car outside of the house heard the commotion and came into the house. Kathy Bloodworth had my cell phone and offered it to me to call the police. I was dialing 911 when Frankii Cruz took my phone from me. Frankii Cruz turned on my friend, Kathy Bloodworth, and chased her out of the house.

This gave me an opportunity to leave the house. I got the apartment manager and returned to the apartment. At that point, Frankii Cruz was extremely well behaved and permitted me to retrieve my son and belongings. I have bruises on my arm and face from this incident. This is not the first time that Frankii Cruz has been physically abusive to me. In the past Frankii Cruz has hit me and dragged me by my hair. Frankii Cruz has also shoved me.

Frankii Cruz has often punched holes in the walls. When our son was about five months old, Frankii Cruz was apparently unable to get my son to stop crying and was unable to get in touch with me. So Frankii Cruz called a friend of mine and stated to her that if she did not go get my son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, from him that Frankii Cruz would 'snap his neck.'"

2002 JUN: Trina Garcia Pregnant

By June 2002, only six months after having been divorced by STC, Frankii Cruz met Trina Kay Garcia and accidentally impregnated her. Trina Kay Garcia is four years older than Frankii Cruz. Prior to accidentally getting pregnant by Frankii Cruz, Trina Kay Garcia was formerly Trina Zenk (Trina Kay Zenk), married to Samuel Zenk.

Trina Kay Garcia attempted living with Frankii Cruz in their Carlsbad, CA apartment to try and raise their son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, who was born in March 28, 2003, but the relationship failed due to Frankii Cruz's violent behavior.

In June 2004, fifteen months after Domanic Cruz was born, Frankii Cruz was sent to Modesto, CA for military training, and some weeks later it had been discovered by Trina Garcia that a female soldier informed Frankii Cruz that she was pregnant with his child. Frankii Cruz changed cell phone carriers, changed his address, and never followed up on that pregnancy.

By July 2004, Trina Kay Garcia decided to end her relationship with Frankii Cruz. Trina Kay Garcia moved out of their Carlsbad apartment and into her parent's home. Trina Kay Garcia returned to her formerly shared apartment with Frankii Cruz on July 18, 2004 to retrieve her personal belongings but experienced Frankii Cruz's physically violent behavior. Frankii Cruz threatened the life of his own son, Domanic Cruz.

On July 20, 2004 Trina Kay Garcia filed for a domestic violence restraining order and was granted a forty day restraining order against Frankii Cruz. Frankii Cruz claimed that he was supposed to deploy with the ARMY in September 2004 but it never happened.The details of Trina Kay Garcia's restraining order against Frankii Cruz can be found on the link list.

Throughout her involvement with Frankii Cruz, Trina Kay Garcia has had to repeatedly request the intervention of the San Diego Superior Court to order Frankii Cruz to pay child support. Trina Kay Garcia requested the help of the SDSC in August 2004, November 2004, and September 2008.

In August 2006 Trina Kay Garcia and her son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, moved in with Trina Kay Garcia's boyfriend, Eric Carvalho. At the time, Eric Carvalho lived in Oakland, CA but eventually they all moved down to San Diego, CA. On December 15, 2008 Trina Kay Garcia, her son Domanic Jadon Cruz, and her boyfriend, Eric Carvalho were granted a one year restraining order against Frankii Cruz. Information was submitted that Frankii Cruz lost custody of his son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, when Trina Garcia was granted full custodial rights.

In the same month (December 1998) that Kelly had ended her engagement to Frankii Cruz in Waco, TX, Frankii Cruz returned to Carlsbad, CA. Within days Frankii Cruz met and moved himself into STC's home in Carlsbad, CA.

Frankii Cruz left for USMC boot camp in February 1999 and returned by April 1999 but by June 1999 Frankii Cruz went AWOL. Because Frankii Cruz went AWOL he had no income from the military so Frankii Cruz married STC on June 13, 1999 as a source of income. Frankii Cruz was processed out of the USMC by January 2000.

After Frankii Cruz was processed out of the USMC Frankii Cruz worked at various retail stores such as Pier One, Hot Topic, Target, and Discount Blind Center but did not hold a position for more than a couple/few weeks/months. After Frankii Cruz's failure to contribute financially to 18-19 months of marriage, STC separated from Frankii Cruz in February 2001. STC filed for divorce the following month on March 23, 2001 and was legally divorced from Frankii Cruz on December 7, 2001.

Information was submitted that Frankii Cruz was heard brazenly speaking about how STC accused him of marital rape, but that because STC never legally charged him with it Frankii Cruz claimed that the rape technically never happened. It is also confirmed that Frankii Cruz cheated during his marriage to STC with Kathy Bloodworth. After STC divorced Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz went to live in Encintias with his Foster System, court appointed attorney, Kandy.

On September 5, 2007 Frankii Cruz submitted this statement: "The thing I find uncomfortable is that you continue to tell everyone I (raped) my first wife. I did no such thing. Therefore there is no rape statement and there are no charges filed that were charged. Besides I am good friends with her brother and we speak quite frequently through Myspace. Now why would her brother speak to me if I had done something so horrible to his sister? Think about that one for a minute dumb ass... I will have a restraining order on you by the end of the week."

Frankii Cruz's claim to be good friends with STC's brother is confirmed as being false. Frankii Cruz and STC's brother are not currently friends, nor have they ever been friends. Frankii Cruz and STC's brother do not frequently speak via Myspace; they never have. Frankii Cruz does not have a restraining order against this website.

On August 10, 2009 Frankii Cruz submitted this statement: "Just prior to joining I met a beautiful woman and we married right after I completed boot camp In Las Vegas. I was just nineteen, young and dumb. My marriage only lasted 18 months and my Marine career was cut short (for full details on this subject please contact me directly). After my divorce an exit from the Marine Corps was inevetable. I fell into a steep depressed slump and barely held onto many various jobs around the area."

"I was not and let me repeat this so that you understand this clearly. I was not kicked out of the Marine Corps. Get this fact straight! My wife (STC) at the time was pregnant. She was having complications with the pregnancy due to stress. She tried to contact me through my chain of command and through the unit's Chaplain. With no such luck in contacting me (because I was out in the field on training exercises) The complications lead to her losing our child. (you can confirm this with her) thanks alot for bringing up such harsh memories. I did in fact go AWOL for 28 days, I requested time off to care for my wife and wasn't granted it so I took it upon myself to choose my wife over my Corps. If that makes me a bad guy then so be it, but my wife came first! Oh and I served a hell of alot more than just my boot camp and SOI infantry training. I went on to continue training and earned my MOS(motor operative skill) 0351anti-tank assault man and was a part of the great 1/1 in Horno Camp Pendleton, Ca. until I requested and early separation from my belonged corps. When I was released from active duty I was awarded an Honorable discharge."

1998 DEC: USMC MEPS

Frankii Cruz stated that he had, "... had enough with the drugs and went to a Marine corps recruiter high as a kite! He told me to come back the following day if I was serious about joining the corps, so I did. I enlisted in Dallas, TX. 'cuz that's were the MEPS is located for Texas. I did not enlist in California."

Frankii Cruz's statement regarding enlisting in the USMC MEPS in Dallas, TX is currently being verified. Please check back another time.

USMC MEPS stands for United States Marine Core Military Entrance Processing Station. Frankii Cruz would have had to submit to a drug test when applying to the USMC. Had Frankii Cruz actually gone in the next day after being 'high as a kite' Frankii Cruz would have tested positive for whatever drugs he had consumed. It is highly unlikely that Frankii Cruz applied to the USMC the day after being 'high as a kite.'

Frankii Cruz also gave another story for his enlisting: "After high school I tried the whole College thing for a bit but I felt like it just wasn't for me. I wanted adventure, fun, excitement and discipline so I joined the Marine corps."

1997 JUN: Kelly

Frankii Cruz met Kelly around June 1997 in high school at La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad, CA. Frankii Cruz graduated high school that same month but Kelly was only a junior.

After Frankii Cruz graduated high school he worked at various retail stores but did not keep steady employment. The following year, in June 1998, Kelly graduated high school and was awarded a scholarship to attend college in Waco, TX playing Baylor softball. Frankii Cruz became engaged to Kelly, they spent the summer together working at the YMCA's skate park in Encinitas, CA, and by August 1998 Frankii Cruz moved with Kelly Fleming to Waco, TX.

By December 1998, a mere four months later, Kelly Fleming ended her engagement to Frankii Cruz and Frankii Cruz returned to California. It has been suggested that Kelly Fleming ended her engagement to Frankii Cruz because of his getting into physical altercations with her.

Frankii Cruz stated that: "I will not disclose the details as to why our relationship ended because I do not have her consent to. I will say that it was fun. After a couple months we were growing apart and seeing less and less time of one another because she had obligations and I began to make friends that weren't of the best quality. I ended up with a bad crowd and began experimenting with a lot of hard core drugs. My relationship with Kelly ended well before I returned to California."

It should raise concerns, folks, that Kelly will not consent to reveal the reason she ended her relationship with Frankii Cruz. According to Frankii Cruz's statement, Kelly Fleming ended her engagement to Frankii Cruz well before December 1998, which estimates their relationship to have survived far less than four months. It should also raise concerns that, at only 18 years of age, Frankii Cruz had already experimented with a lot with hard core drugs.

"I met Frankii Cruz through a friend of mine that went to school with him at San Dieguito. I went to high school 40 mins away, even though I lived in Carlsbad all my life. When La Costa Canyon was built it was 5 mins from my parents house so I transferred. That was my junior year, his senior. He had a small click of friends which included Kathy Bloodworth. Apparently, he had an ego problem that a lot of people noticed and didn't care for. He never reflected that attitude toward me cuz I wouldn't tolerate it! However, he was always in trouble and would go, what Dean Stombaugh would call, 'A-wall'). Dean Stombaugh constantly blamed me for Frankii taking off to see me and Dean Stombaugh even called me a bitch to my face on my school grounds! Frankii and I dated for a 1- 1.5 yrs.

Some time later there was a girl that took a liking to him who he didn't ignore. I had heard at the Senior dance party they were quite the couple (I think Kathy Bloodworth told me). By Monday morning he knew I knew and was hiding from me on campus. After I found him and broke up with him he called me scandalous. To this day I'm not sure why. I told him don't you ever call me that again. He did, so I slapped him. I was only 18 but I didn't need high school drama!

Frankii and the girl didn't last long after I broke up with him. So then he started dating Kelly. In later years he contacted me. I am Christian and I do believe that nobody is perfect and people can change. However, I read Frankii Cruz like a book; another ear full about God this and that."

1994 AUG: Kathy Bloodworth (PancakeSk8)

This is Kathy, Frankii Cruz's best friend since high school. Kathy goes by the nickname PancakeSk8. Kathy and Frankii Cruz met when Frankii Cruz first attended San Dieguito High School located in Encinitas, CA in August 1994.

Frankii Cruz was Kathy Bloodworth's first kiss and first love. Kathy Bloodworth worked at the Mall during high school and fell into the habit of buying the things that Frankii Cruz would ask for. Kathy Bloodworth even bought Frankii Cruz a red Chevy Iroc, which broke down shortly after she purchased it for him and sat neglected until Frankii Cruz convinced another woman he married to fix it for him.

PancakeSk8 and Frankii Cruz dated on and off throughout their friendship. PancakeSk8 even dated Frankii Cruz through Frankii Cruz's first and second marriages which resulted in divorce, and also through Frankii Cruz's relationship with his son's mother, Trina Kay Garcia. Kathy Bloodworth also became the unofficial god-mother to Frankii Cruz's son, Domanic Jadon Cruz. PancakeSk8's friendship/relationship with Frankii Cruz became strained years later and remains strained.

Regardless of all the things Kathy Bloodworth bought for Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz felt justification in taking Kathy Bloodworth's roller skates and holding them for ransom.

The reason for Frankii Cruz's taking Kathy Bloodworth's roller skates hostage was that Kathy Bloodworth had taken a roller skating chair with Frankii Cruz's name on it and had not returned it immediately. Frankii Cruz was around 26 years old during this incident. Folks, a narcissistic/sociopath lacks the ability to maintain self control and will often behave like a toddler when it comes to material possessions.

On August 10, 2008 Frankii Cruz submitted the statement, "I am NOT known to steal belongings from friends, relatives or exe's, etc. This statement is completely false, If I have taken something it was maybe sunblock, sunglasses, chapstick etc. that was left in my car or something at least to that value nothing more, that is it. I have never taken anything that didnt belong to me."

Kathy Bloodworth's response to Frankii Cruz's statement is, "He is a liar. He always has been. Always will be."

1994 AUG: Dean Stombaugh

This is Dean Stombaugh of Bemidji, MN. Frankii Cruz met him when Dean Stombaugh worked for New Haven in Vista, CA. New haven is a place that "... provides treatment for boys ages 8-17 who, because of mental illness or abusive family history, have failed to function within the family or school environment. We offer troubled boys opportunities to become healthy and productive members of society. During the average one-year stay, we help guide young men out of the dark world of hopelessness, violence, delinquency, depression, and emotional dysfunction and prepare them to move forward into productive adulthood."

By the time Frankii Cruz began his Sophomore year in August 1994 at San Diegutio High School in Carlsbad, CA, Dean Stombaugh had become Frankii Cruz's guardian as Frankii Cruz's foster parent.

Dean Stombaugh moved Frankii Cruz into his Carlsbad apartmen, but unfortunately during the time of Dean Stombaugh's guardianship over Frankii Cruz, Dean Stombaugh wasn't very emotionally stable himself. Dean Stombaugh silently struggled for years about his homosexuality. Dean Stombaugh finally 'came out of the closet' in 2004.

Although it is believed that Frankii Cruz's behavior was established well on in early childhood, it is also believed that Dean Stombaugh was a major contributing factor. Dean Stombaugh once assisted Frankii Cruz in helping to take furniture which belonged to Frankii Cruz's second ex-wife. It was well established that Frankii Cruz had been far behind in paying rent toward his old apartment, which JCS paid for him, and it was well established that Frankii Cruz has been fired twice within six months from two different jobs and was unemployed and behind in paying child support, which JCS paid for him, but Dean Stombaugh still helped Frankii Cruz remove furniture and belongings that did not belong to Frankii Cruz simply because Frankii Cruz claimed ownership.

Dean Stombaugh spends a fair amount of time being disappointed in Frankii Cruz, however. Dean Stombaugh commented to Frankii Cruz, "If you would have listened to me none of this would happen. Now you live through natual consequences. Drama, drama, drama. Will it ever end? We hope through the mistakes it does..." During the time Frankii Cruz was committing adultery with Shawnda Josefina Pallares, Dean Stombaugh sent Frankii Cruz a drunken text. Dean Stombaugh was upset with Frankii Cruz because Frankii Cruz chose to visit Shawnda Josefina Pallares instead of attending his son, Domanic Jadon Cruz's, third birthday party.

In the past Dean Stombaugh has also aided Frankii Cruz by offering Frankii Cruz a couch to sleep on when Frankii Cruz's girlfriends kick him out. During one of the many incidents in which Frankii Cruz ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Jobbagy, kicked him out Dean Stombaugh asked Frankii Cruz, "how come there were no pics of her yesterday on your MySpace? And it said single? and why did you need a place to come chill and never show up or call?? we waited up an hour....respect mr.?? a call would have been nice..."

Dean Stombaugh currently plays the role of Grandpa to Frankii Cruz's son, Domanic Jadon Cruz, and does activities with Domanic Cruz like taking Domanic Cruz to Disney Land annually.

Frankii Cruz Update

Thirty year old Frankii Cruz entered into a relationship with nineteen year old Noemi Figueroa from Riverside, CA by May 20, 2009. Frankii Cruz publicized on May 22, 2009, "I'm chilling with my Mimi." And on May 26, 2009 Frankii Cruz bemoaned how he was, "missing my baby."

Noemi Figueroa spent three weeks in June 2009 visiting family in Mexico and it has been suggested that Frankii Cruz moved in to her place while she was gone. While that suggestion is very true to Frankii Cruz's character it remains currently unconfirmed. What is confirmed, however, is that on July 14, 2009 Frankii Cruz quit his job at Black Towing located in Murietta, CA. Frankii Cruz then moved in with his roller skating mentor, Ned, who lives in Wildomar, CA and Frankii Cruz then worked for Hamner Towing in Corona, CA. On August 18, 2009 Frankii Cruz bemoaned how he was, "getting real tired of let downs and disappointments." It is not known when Mimi separated from Frankii Cruz.

On September 4, 2009, Frankii Cruz was excited and couldn't wait because, "... she'll be here in a few hours!!! Yay!" Frankii Cruz spent the day with Violeta Rios at the beach with his skating friends but by September 6, 2009, only two days later, Frankii Cruz was "... currently accepting girlfriend applications." Violeta Rios is in her late twenties, is the single mother, and works as a hair stylist. It is uncanny just how similar Violeta Rios looks to Noemi Figueroa.

By November 2009 Frankii Cruz was dating Jessica Roley. Frankii Cruz and Jessica Roley spent a day at Disney Land.

By December 2009 Jaime DePriest was pregnant with the suggestion that Frankii Cruz may be the father.

Jaime DePriest was formerly Jaime DePriest-Stewart and has two children, Adel Stewart, and Landon Stewart, from her previous marriage to David Stewart, which ended in October 2007. Jaime DePriest and David Stewart share joint custody of Adel Stewart and Landon Stewart.

Jaime DePriest gave birth to Brailynn DePriest in September 2010 and on December 1, 2010 Frankii Cruz relocated from Southern California to Albuquerque, New Mexico to live with Jaime DePriest in her home on Esther Ave. Brailynn DePriest was baptized at the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church on Ponderosa Ave. December 24, 2010. Brailynn DePriest was even referred to as Brailynn DePriest-Cruz for a while. Frankii Cruz began working for Dugger's Services as a tow truck driver toward the end of December 2010.

In June 2011 Jaime DePriest and Frankii Cruz celebrated his 32nd birthday. But by July/August 2011 Jaime DePriest had separated from Frankii Cruz; a relationship total of eight/nine months. It is likely that Jaime DePriest grew tired of Frankii Cruz' irresponsible behavior and abusiveness towards her and her children. Constantly eating out and watching movies, not contributing financially toward his family, focusing his priorities on having fun rather than being responsible, and controlling/violent/abusive behavior seem to be consistent character traits of Frankii Cruz. It is also likely that Jaime DePriest and Frankii Cruz attempted relationship counseling through her church.

It is also likely that, within days of Jaime DePriest ending her relationship with Frankii Cruz, Frankii Cruz began living a party lifestyle by going to strip clubs and bar hopping. It is also likely that Frankii Cruz already had other women with whom to readily spend his free time.

One of Jaime DePriest's family members sent in this note: "He is just out to ruin another good woman's life and use her like he did all the other women. Frankii Cruz went on to say that he, "went through a phase in my younger years like I mentioned before when I was depressed and didnt really care for or stay on top of my finances or debts. That was a long, long time ago. I live comfortably now I am frugle with my money. I no longer live paycheck to paycheck and I do have a comfortable savings."

The first part of Frankii Cruz's statement is false. From March 2008 through January 2009 Frankii Cruz had six accounts accounts go to collections. Those accounts, as well as many others, can be found listed on the debts page.

The second part of Frankii Cruz's statement may very well be true, depending on the point of view being taken. However, Frankii Cruz did not give any evidence that he actually does have a comfortable savings. And based on Frankii Cruz's earnings for these three years it does not seem probable that Frankii Cruz is as financially stable as he claims.

Still feeling confused about that crazy relationship? Are things still not adding up? Let me see if I have it straight. You say things appeared to be great when you first met him, almost "too good to be true," right?

In the beginning, he made you feel so appreciated. He complimented you by saying things like, "You are the perfect fit," "I have never had a relationship this special." One reason these statements made you feel so significant was that he told you stories of his previous partner who had been negative and demeaning. You were probably feeling sorry for him because he had such an unhealthy relationship prior to you.

Not too long into the relationship, however, I'm sure he began to make you feel insecure. Oh... you probably didn't quite notice it at first. Perhaps there were subtle put-downs or comparisons where you weren't the one coming out on top anymore. Let me guess, some of the very things he used to praise you for became the things he used against you. This was confusing to you.

Did you ever start to wonder if you were going crazy? Did things in your relationship sometimes make absolutely no sense whatsoever? Did he deny saying things that you knew for a fact he had said? Did he ever accuse you of being the one telling the lie or misconstruing his words? If you answered "yes" to a few of these questions, it is very possible you were dating, or are still dating, a narcissist.

According to recent studies, the causes of Narcissistic Personality Disorder are not known. However, it is believed to have its origins in the early childhood years and to have been influenced by parents, peers, or caregivers of those afflicted. During a particular state of personality development, either too much or not enough attention is given to a child who then learns to "love himself" or "depend only on himself" as a means of self-preservation.

Psychologists believe that the narcissist spends his life trying to re-live whatever went wrong at a particular time in his personality development. He finds more and more people with whom to reenact his life and each time he truly believes "This time I will get it right." So at the onset of your relationship, he really did believe you were the perfect fit, the best relationship, or his ideal love. He believed those things because he wanted to believe them, he needed to believe them. Because the narcissist feels unloved and insecure, he spends his life trying to find "ideal love." He believes in a perfect love that will end his search and stop his pain. He goes from relationship to relationship, sometimes without pause for recovery. This is baffling to those he leaves behind. How can he just move along like that... especially after things seemed so intense?

Is any of this "ringing a bell?" Have you wondered how he could just move on without blinking an eye? Have you wondered how strange it was that he replaced you so quickly?

Sure, there were some lows, all relationships have them, but you were willing to work them out and make things right. You thought the relationship was worth fighting for. He made you feel too special to just throw it all away. How could he tell you that you were so wonderful and then just walk away and never look back? And what about those in-between times when he said cruel things? Did you make excuses for him? You did, didn't you? You thought he wouldn't have said those things if he hadn't been under so much strain at the time, or maybe you felt as if you had provoked him into saying them.

Oh my friend, you have been completely "narcissised" and you don't even know it! The best way to heal from this type of abuse is to become educated about the disorder. After all, knowledge is power. There are websites devoted to Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Internet discussion forums for victims of narcissistic abuse. Books and articles have been written about different types of Narcissists and treatments for the disorder. Most psychologists and therapists, however, tend to agree that there is no cure for Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Many who study Narcissistic Personality Disorder believe that during an important stage of personality development for the narcissist, a significant individual in his life needed him to be something other than what he was. The narcissist then felt as if he had to be different in order to be loved or accepted by that individual. This is known as "narcissistic injury" and it devastates the emerging "self" of the narcissist. Unable to be the person he truly is and still gain acceptance, the narcissist adapts by splitting his personality into a real and a false self. The narcissist learns to hide the "real" self because it's seen in a negative way. He tries to compensate for his "shortcomings" by creating a "special" self - a person who will be loved and admired by all.

We become mere objects to the narcissist. He never fully experienced love the way an emotionally healthy person does and therefore merges himself with his "objects"...us. This explains why the narcissist is unable to distinguish personal boundaries. All of the times he seemed to make himself at home, with your things or in your space, he wasn't actually feeling close to you. Instead, he was claiming it as his own, just as a toddler claims another toddler's toys by exclaiming, "MY BALL!"

Usually, the objects with which the narcissist chooses to merge, have traits or characteristics that the narcissist wishes himself to obtain. That is why he is drawn to people with strengths in certain areas [in the case of Frankii Cruz it is likely that the character strength in his women is their independence, financial, emotional, and housing stability]. Even though it seemed like chance that we were brought together, that the narcissist actually "hand-picked" us due to particular positive characteristics or strengths we possessed.

Narcissistic inury (that very first incident that caused the narcissist to split and form his "false" self) is replayed many times throughout the narcissist's life through his relationships with others. He spends so much time building himself up and inflating his "false" self. When anyone tries to interfere with the image he has so carefully created, he experiences an injured feeling. To protect him from that feeling, the narcissist uses different types of defense mechanisms. One such mechanism is "devaluation." By emotionally injuring others, he protects his "false" self. That is why he felt the need to insult you or make you feel badly about yourself.

Take a few moments and try to recall a time when he insulted you or made you feel negatively about yourself. Did it follow an incident in which you had perhaps corrected him in some way or criticized him about something? Did you try to explain how he could have possibly been mistaken or that perhaps he had said something he was denying having said? When threatened in such a way, those old and familiar insecurities begin to arise. The narcissist experiences narcissistic injury all over again. One way to crush those feelings is to devalue the person posing the threat. This gives the narcissist a feeling of superiority and control over that person. Control... even in a false sense, is very important to the narcissist.

At the onset of all relationships, the narcissist feels drawn to his partner because of her special strengths and characteristics. He wants those strengths to be a part of his "false" self. He admires them and mirrors them. Anything is better than the way he truly feels about himself. He will take on her personality in bits and pieces. He doesn't even realize he is doing this. Was there ever a time when he mimicked your own words? Did you ever say something to him only to have it played back to you later as if it were his own original idea? This is very common with those afflicted with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. They merge so closely with their "objects" that they really seem to lose sight of where they end and their partner begins. Their partner's words become their own. Their partner's houses, cars, and even friends become their own.

But beware: to accept the possibility that you are dating or have dated a narcissist means you will have to accept the fact that he didn't consider you "special." And you must know that he wasn't capable of "real" love. Think back on the time spent with him. You now may possibly even see it as a waste. That is always very hard to do, especially for those who have spent many years trying to cultivate relationships with narcissists.

Many of us find it easier to find fault within ourselves than to put any of the blame on our partners. If we are ready for a relationship, we like to believe there is a "happily ever after." We will fight to maintain or work to cultivate toward that happy ending. When we feel that is being threatened in any way, we tend to strike out with our own defense mechanisms. One of those mechanisms is denial. We find ourselves pretending things aren't the way they seem. We make excuses for our partners or believe that things will get better "when" or "if."

The fact of the matter is, if we are dating a narcissist, things are not going to get better. Since the narcissist views us as mere objects, we aren't loved in the traditional sense of the word. We are tools the narcissist uses for his narcissistic supply. Narcissistic supply is anything the narcissist can use to help promote his "false" self. He needs others to lift him, to make him feel special to reinforce his belief that he is superior in many areas. As long as we are giving him that supply, we are considered useful to the narcissist. Initially he will mistakenly believe that feeling to be love. However, in reality, it is a drug... a way for him to elevate himself. And, as with all drugs, it will eventually lose it's potency. That is why the narcissist is always in constant search for new partners (new supply).

Haven't you ever wondered why he seemed to scan the room every time you were in public? Maybe he told you he liked observing people and that he was into "details." Did you ever wonder why he seemed to have several female "friends" that he kept in touch with even while you were together? The narcissist keeps supply on hand. Different people offer different supply to him. He will keep them around for as long as they continue to "buy into" his act and praise him for his "greatness." The moment they begin to see beyond the act or discontinue the praise he so desperately needs, he will discard them like an old shoe... like the objects they are to him.

Partners of the narcissist see his inconsistencies first hand, notice contradictions and, therefore, are more apt to criticize those things. That is when the narcissist will feel threatened, injured, and becomes defensive. The narcissist will begin devaluing his partner in order to regain control.

Unfortunately, after the narcissist has devalued his partner, she loses that "ideal" appeal to him and he sees her as "damaged goods." She is no longer necessary to him as supply and he begins to "discard" her by continuing the devaluation until the relationship is finally over. Many times the narcissist will start to line up new supply months before the relationship is officially over. Some have been known to sign up on Internet dating sites while still in relationships with their partners. The devaluation may have been ongoing for quite some time, but the partner, viewing the relationship as "normal," thinks they are just having problems and remains willing to work things out. She usually has no clue that she is the only one working to improve the situation. Does any of this sound familiar?

Narcissists have been compared to vampires. This analogy makes a lot of sense when breaking down the characteristics of the disorder. The vampire is considered to be damned and cursed with his fate, just as the narcissist is cursed with his disorder. Neither the vampire nor the narcissist willing chose his fate. The vampire uses people as tools and sources of supply to continue his existence... his constant, futile search for deliverance. The narcissist uses people as supply as well; he needs them to keep his "false self" alive while he continues his futile seach for "ideal" love and deliverance of the disorder which enslaves him. The vampire cannot see his own image in a mirror and neither can the narcissist. This is because the narcissist has worked so hard to keep his real image hidden. He spent years trying to create and cultivate his "false" self; he has pieced it together from bits of supply to which he was attracted. Therefore, when he glances into a mirror, he sees his supply staring back at him. He sees a cracked and plastered vision of several people, none of which are even remotely similar to the "vile and disgusting" real self he has carefully hidden.

Vampires are considered "soulless," doomed to roam the earth, snatching souls from innocent victims. Many people consider the narcissist to be "soulless" because he seems to have no conscience or pity for his victims. Victims of narcissists often say they feel as if their soul has been raped or even robbed by the narcissist. Like the vampire, the narcissist seems to roam the earth acting as a victim of his own disorder, gathering supply, almost unwillingly, as he searches for some sort of cure or deliverance. Destruction of the vampire comes about when he is exposed to light, and the narcissist will cease to exist when his "true" self is "brought to light."

Once those who are victims of narcissists accept the fact that their partners are afflicted with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, they sometimes find themselves feeling pity for the Narcissist. They refuse to believe there is no real cure for the disorder and they set out on a journey to "fix" the person.

According to the DSM, the narcissist has a grandiose sense of self-importance. He will often exaggerate his achievements and expects to be recognized as superior. He believes that he is special and that only "special" people or people of high-status and importance can understand him. He believes in "ideal" love and is constantly in search of it. He has fantasies of unlimited success, power, or beauty. He constantly needs admiration and praise. He has a sense of entitlement and takes advantage of others in order to achive his own goals. He is incapable of feeling empathy and cannot identify with the needs and feelings of others. He often has a snobby attitude or comes across as arrogant. He is envious of others and believes others are envious of him. In order to be diagnosed with an actual permanent Narcissistic Personality Disorder, five of the above critera need to be met. Many times the narcissist believes others are talking about him when they are not. Paranoia and bi-polar tendencies seems to be prevalent in narcissists as well.
