Frankii Cruz Bad Credit Debt Collections

Frankii Cruz submitted this statement on August 10, 2009: "I had a couple of accounts that did go to collections but those accounts have since been "paid in full." The reason behind the accounts going to collections were this, one; I was deployed a couple of times back to back and I did not alert my crediters at the time that I was leaving again, was it irresponsibble? yes, but I took care of it all as soon as I returned, no biggie. It is not customary for me to be evicted or renig on any of my past rental agreements, this information IS false."

According to the creditors below, Frankii Cruz's statement is false because he currently owes each one a specific amount. Frankii Cruz's financial pattern of behavior is seemingly that of financial irresponsibility:

Frankii Cruz's response to the photo submission of his Sprint PCS (formerly Nextel) cell phone delinquency, "...mmmm... okay, am I wrong when I ask this but doesn't a phone carrier label their clients by their fill name and not by any shortened or hyphenated nick-names? I was just wondering because since 1997 when I had my first cell phone from Sprint ironically I have always been referenced to as Francisco or Mr. Francisco Cruz followed by my full account number."

In response to Frankii Cruz's defense, the answer is that Frankii Cruz's assumptions are indeed wrong. The fact remains that Frankii Cruz's Nextel cell phone account remains unpaid and is currently overdue.

Frankii Cruz' unpaid debt amount totals around $24,686 and is seemingly getting worse. As with any relationship that gets serious within a short period of time: be smart, be cautious, and be very careful.
